Our Story
Hi, I’m Tammie—founder of Asylo Health.
After being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions at the beginning of the pandemic, I spent years navigating the U.S. healthcare system searching for relief—only to feel worse, unheard, and overwhelmed.
As a single mom of three, I knew I needed another way.
My frustration pushed me to start rejecting the endless specialist appointments and conflicting prescriptions that cost me tens of thousands of dollars but left my mind, body and spirit weak and exhausted. I returned to the basics—rest, nourishment, movement, hydration, reducing stress, and other modalities—and even lived outside the U.S. to fully heal and reconnect with myself.
In 2025, my Scleroderma went into remission—without prescriptions or invasive treatments!
I created Asylo Health to be the kind of space I needed back then—one that is supportive, personal, and rooted in real healing. Now, I help other women reconnect with themselves and find their own path to wellness—naturally, holistically, and on their terms.

Support for aligning your inner life with your outer reality. Spiritual life coaching blends reflective dialogue, intuitive guidance, and practical action steps to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. This is about living intentionally—grounded in purpose, values, and self-trust.

Rest for the nervous system. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and sound bowl healing, you’ll experience deep relaxation and energetic recalibration. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and restore emotional balance in a safe, calming environment.
