Who We Are

  • Using non-invasive approaches whenever possible, we help individuals restore balance in the body, strengthen its natural capacity to heal, and support lasting wellness.

This approach recognizes that health is shaped by everyday life. Nutrition, sleep, movement, stress levels, relationships, and spiritual alignment all play a role. Rather than treating these as separate from care, they are woven directly into personalized wellness plans.

What sets holistic health apart is its emphasis on building health instead of simply suppressing discomfort. It asks: Why is the body out of balance? What needs support?

Conventional medicine and holistic care each bring valuable strengths. When thoughtfully integrated, they can create a more complete and empowering path toward true wellbeing.

    • Alignment – Health that connects physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.

    • Integrity – Evidence-informed and ethically-grounded practices.

    • Inclusivity – Welcoming diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.

    • Clarity – Simple, practical education without overwhelm.

    • Empowerment – Supporting informed, confident health choices without judgement

  • What began as a life-altering diagnosis of autoimmune conditions with no cure or solid treatment plan, became something eye-opening and inspiring. Our Founder and Practitioner Tammie Cooper said “Getting sick helped me get better,” during her journey to find relief from her conditions without the use of harsh prescription medications and procedures.

What sets Asylo Health apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn. We offer what was needed at the beginning of Tammie’s holistic journey and the continuation of the story.

Asylo is Greek for “sanctuary.” At Asylo Health, we honor that meaning by creating a compassionate space for healing, restoration, and wholeness.

Through holistic education, nature-based practices, and spirit-centered guidance, our offerings help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and nourish your spirit.

Step into sanctuary—cultivate resilience, find balance, and begin your journey toward wellbeing with care that meets you where you are.
